An overly hard mask turns the edge into a helmet or paper cutout; an overly loose mask keeps a colored cloud from the old setting. Preserve the main shape first, then keep a believable selection of fine strands. Keep interior gaps and thin product parts

A background remover must identify not only the outer silhouette but also negative spaces inside it. Mug handles, chair legs, bicycle frames, jewelry chains, and the space between a person's arm and body are common failure points. Toggle the original image on and off to locate openings that were accidentally filled. Restore them with a controlled brush and avoid expanding the hole beyond its real boundary merely to make it look clean.

Thin elements may disappear when their color and brightness match the backdrop. Inspect shoelaces, transparent straps, plant stems, tool handles, and antennae before export. Decide what to do with shadows

Work locally around the damaged region, alternate between erase and restore, and pause frequently at normal size.
