This policy explains how Makerr Studio handles information when you visit our pages, sign in, upload an image, or use a creative tool.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely derived password hash. We do not store your plain-text password. We also keep your Studio credit balance and transaction history.
We may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, pages visited, and error or security events.
Photos and creative inputs
Today’s Studio preview does not upload or save a photo when you select it. The file remains in your browser as a local preview. A tool with enabled AI processing will clearly tell you before it transfers a photo to our service.
When processing is enabled, the photo and prompt will be sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection and used only to create the result you requested, keep the service secure, and resolve processing failures. Inputs and temporary outputs will be deleted from processing systems no later than 24 hours after processing unless you deliberately choose to save a result to your account, ask us to retain it for support, or a limited security or legal hold is required.
We do not sell private uploaded photos, use them for advertising, or use them to train AI models without a separate, affirmative opt-in. A face may be personal or biometric information in some places; Studio does not use facial geometry to identify who a person is.
How we use information
We use information to operate Studio, authenticate accounts, manage credits, generate requested outputs, improve reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with law.
How we protect information
We use encryption in transit, restricted access, least-privilege permissions, hashed session tokens, retention and deletion procedures, service-provider agreements, monitoring, and incident-response practices appropriate to the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may sign out, stop using Studio, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Choosing not to save a result keeps it out of account storage.
Privacy requirements vary by location. To submit a privacy request, contact us through Logomakerr.ai and identify the Studio account concerned.
Children and updates
Studio is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product and its processors change; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
