Using Makerr Studio
Studio provides AI-assisted image tools and related creative services. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected similarities. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and protect your password and account access. You are responsible for activity under your Studio account. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Your photos, content, and outputs
You retain the rights you have in content you upload. You confirm that you own it or have valid permission from every identifiable person shown, including permission to submit the photo for the selected AI transformation.
You grant Makerr Studio and its contracted processors a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content solely to provide and secure the requested service. This license ends when the content is deleted. We do not use private uploads for model training without your separate affirmative opt-in.
Photo selection in today’s preview remains local to your browser. When AI processing is enabled, temporary inputs and outputs are deleted no later than 24 hours after processing unless you explicitly save a result, request support that requires retention, or a limited security or legal hold applies.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use your generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing them and ensuring that your inputs and use of outputs do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Acceptable use
Do not upload a photo taken or obtained without permission, or use Studio for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, deceptive identity documents, malware, security attacks, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety controls or interfere with the service.
Credits, payments, and availability
Tools may consume credits at the price displayed before generation. Promotional or free credits may expire, have no cash value, and may not be transferred. Paid purchases, refunds, and taxes are subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access where necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every output will be accurate, unique, suitable, or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Studio evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be submitted through Logomakerr.ai.
