Once the logo has been purchased, and the user was able to download and access the files, they will no longer be eligible for refund. This way, we will treat every user (regardless of subscription) equally, without any exceptions.

If you already have purchased a logo design from us, and wanted to change it for something that you prefer, you can ask and email our team for a replacement within 30 days of purchase.
This replacement is only available once per purchase, Any replacement request after the first one will be invalid. Meanwhile, the acquired license is automatically available and transferred for the second logo.
However, you are no longer authorized to use the first logo design you’ve purchased as it has already been replaced by the second one.
